Nails.INC You're So Fire Thermochromic Polish

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  ‘You’re So Fire’ is from Nails.INC colour changing collection and goes from deep burgundy red when cold through to mid blue when hot.Having tried other colours in this fab colour changing range colours was eager to see the colour shift on this - and I wasn’t disappointed!The polish comes in a chunky square bottle that I find not only easier to hold and use but also easier to store. The white plastic lid is removable - it is also designed to be used as a rest on which you can place your finger to paint the nail - and under this is a smaller round plastic lid, which is much more user friendly than the chunky plastic one. The polish seemed a little sheer and streaky on the first coat, although this didn’t affect its colour changing ability, but a second coat built the colour making it beautifully opaque and it even seemed to smooth out the ridges in my nails making them less noticeable (bonus!) Even without the fun colour change element to this polish, the blue shade on my normal body temperature nails was so stunning that I would’ve been happy with just that shade alone!This polish is SO reactive to temperature change that it is difficult to describe the colour as it seemed that every time I looked at it, it had changed colour! On arrival the bottle was cold and the colour dark burgundy, when I went to apply it it had warmed slightly and looked purpley-red, then on application to my warm hands it looked grey/blue! As the colours fade in and out between the temperature changes it can give a gorgeous ombré effect at times and this subtle colour change is made more intense by alternating your hands under hot and cold water where the bold colour change is instantaneous! - Its very entertaining - I’ve never enjoyed washing my hands so much!!This is a truly fabulous nail polish not only in quality but also in the effect of its colour changing abilities and I think £9.00 is a fair price and the fact that it is completely cruelty free makes me more than happy to recommend it 👌🐇💘

Don't buy if you want a dark maroon red as in ad photo, its purple.Actually dark purple , nice colour but not what I'd hoped for, but kept as I like purple but disappointing hence 3 stars.Usual quality but needs 3 coats & top coat to add shine, as otherwise is a flat matt colour.

Very much not burgundy. Its purple.Needs 3 coats. I still like it but colour really not what I expected.

Varnish dries too quickly also didn’t dry properly and completely slid off nail! Perhaps mine was a bad batch?
