Good little meat thermometer, provides instant read with nice backlight so you can see the temperature. I like the little magnet on the back to attach stove.

Very very basic. Could have a bigger, auto-lit readout and more heft, but it does the job well for the price. The readout is auto-rotating -- which was my non-negotiable feature -- unlike some other more-expensive ones. This is highly convenient if you have to insert the probe with your other hand or elsewhere in the food. Good basic item.
