Replacement battery worked. Problem solved. Would recommend this supplier. Would purchase again.
I have read and tried everything that I can find to try to get the battery to charge. It will not charge in the Dell Inspiron laptop. Appears I will have to return it.

Thankful for my new battery
Thankful for my new batteryI took the old battery out of my laptop put this new one in and it works great. Very thankful for a reasonable priced battery. The original brand battery was quite a bit more money.

Fast to charge
The battery charged faster than the suggested 5 hours. I charged and discharged it 3 times as recommended. I can now use my laptop for 5 hours on the battery.

Cannot be used with any Dell products.
Dell has some sort of block on all of their laptops where no off brand battery will work on them. It's as if there is no battery inserted and will not charge. Don't waste your money as it will not work on a Dell computer. Submitted a refund and have yet to received my money back.
