This towel rack was very easy to unpack and assemble. It is very light weight but sturdy for hanging towels, clothes or quilts. Definitely not something you would put outdoors (I don’t think it would last very long in the elements and I definitely wouldn’t let the kids climb on it at all but it is very nice for what it is. My only wish is that they made this as a two tiered option with a ~8” depth for smaller spaces.

Easy to put together, sturdy and the color of gray is a bit darker and very rich. It seems terrific and I think it will last for awhile. Great purchase!

The towel rack looks nice and fits 52” towels as shown in the picture. The pieces were wrapped for shipping but one corner was chipped so I had to glue the piece of wood back on and a couple of the bottom slats also had to be re-glued. It wasn’t a big deal but for the price it should have been better packaged. Overall I think it is overpriced but was what I was looking for and fits nicely in our bathroom. It seems sturdy enough, I hope the wood and stain last and don’t get marred by the wet towels.

Well made and the assembly bolts and screws are much stronger than most products like this I have purchased over the years. We are using it for a throw blanket stand and love in the living room.

It's decent construction, but not super high quality. However it's sturdy enough for the uses it's designed for. The only problem I had was it was delivered with an incomplete set of screws that hold the top rack pieces (requires 10, I only received 9). I sent an email asking them to overnight me the additional screw just to aggravate them for their lack of QA in manufacturing and shipping. I'll be surprised if I get a reply. The lesson to be learned here, examine everything BEF"ORE you start putting it together. I would have much preferred returning it than messing aroung trying to make things work after getting it all put together.

The towel hanger came in but when building it, it was clear that the materials were cheap. The holes you were supposed to screw in with the screwdrives came off. Also holding the pieces felt weird, like as if it was lighter than it was supposed to be. At that point I realized that the price of this hanger doesn’t match the quality of it. This is clearly a waste of money. Strongly suggest checking other retailers and compare items to find items of better quality, because this towel rack is NOT it.

The towel bar in the bathroom of my new apartment was falling off. The manager is a nice guy, but his suggestion to repair the towel bar didn’t make sense. The bathroom is very small, but the dimensions of this rack seemed to be OK. I can put baskets on the bottom rack for tissue and a hair dryer, and there is plenty of hanging space for towels and wash cloths. Prompt shipping; easy to assemble.

My biggest concern when ordering it was how sturdy it would be. I was pleasantly surprised at the stability of it and love the colour. It came faster than the expected delivery date as well which was nice.
