This product has two outputs and two inputs? The need for a European BMW E30 Model 85.

I have this on my e46 looks good and sounds perfect! I had an employee at my job install it since he's good with exhaust work. Does take a skilled welder to install it. Highly recommend buyin the Y pipe if you own a bmw or any duel pip exhaust since it's single inlet. Def worth it tho if you're not enthused about spending over a grand for a entire one. Had a friend get this for his e36 m3 aswell. Can't beat it for the price!

It is universal, so it will fit, you might have to cut and weld it

I need a muffler that will remain quiet on my system. I'm running extractors, no resonator with 2.5 piping straight to the back. Will this one work ?

Depends on the car. Obviously with no resonators you'll get some drone... But I ran these on my SC300 with 2.5 piping and no resonators and although it sounded more aggressive it was still reasonably quiet at normal driving speeds. The core is 2.5 btw so don't go with bigger piping than that.

Does this fit on a 2010 tsx base model 2.4L 4 cylinder?

It will. Since this is a universal muffler and not a bolt on specific you would have to take it to a muffler shop or do it yourself if able to, where it would be made to fit perfectly. I put this on my 07 Accord 2.4. If you want a low subtle, but enjoyable growl just replace the muffler and do not remove the resonator. I did not want a "honda fart can" sound and this muffler is perfect for that.
