PAC - BB4PR BB-4PR Pair of 4" Bass Blocker

Excellent product. I was able to resurrect some good self-powered speakers that had the amps fried, and the sound is awesome. They came with wires attached so it was easy to splice them into the wiring of both of the 4” and 3” mid-range speakers. These small speakers were considered “woofers” because they were for bookshelfs or computers. But by using them as mid-range speakers, along with separate tweeters and a sub-woofer (also had a fried amp, so was useless until now), I was able to build a sound system that would have cost much more to buy, and the sound is excellent. I have had audiophile systems before, and this ranks close to the best of them. THANK YOU!

Works great in the dash speaker replacements for my Bronco.

I'm using a DSP for the actual crossover. I was hoping these would block somewhere around 1k just to save my tweeters. Ended up being too high (closer to maybe a 3500hz -12db high pass). Probably because these Kappas are like 2 or 3 ohm.. Would still be better than nothing. (nearfield RTA shown)

Reduced bass tones enough to bring out the highs that were not distinguishable without them.

Work great I used them on rockford prime 6.5” hooked to a factory radio just a tad if bass thru not much at all I mostly wanted the highs so worked great. I have a Rockford powered sub and I needed to set the bass high on the head unit.

Seem to work very well on a pair of 4x6 kicker speakers on my 2006 Wrangler. I have the factory amp connected to a kicker sub also so have plenty of bass from that. Didn’t need the bass and slight distortion coming out of the speakers. These do the trick.

Easy to install and worked well to eliminate lower frequency comping back they my center dash. Wish I knew about these a long time ago.
