Absolutely worth it.
I’m very impressed with this product. I have been using it for over a year now. I’m glad I didn’t pinch my pennies when looking for an effective filter, especially since water is the most important thing I put in my body. I have complete peace of mind, knowing so much more is filtered than I would with a brita. So long chemicals, PFAS, chlorine, fluoride, hard minerals, etc. My tap water tastes HORRIBLE, and boy does the filter put in the work. I have saved so much money since I stopped buying water bottles. One filter lasts 90 days, or 150 gallons. Sustainably designed, easy to use, clean quality water, great value for your money. Beyond impressed and will continue to support this product.

Best gravity filter, and I’ve tried them all!!
I have tried all of the gravity filters - brita, pur, etc. and I was ready to give up on them all. They clogged too easily, the filters were always on back order, they didn’t filter enough lead or PFAS… then I found this! It filters ALL of the above, it’s reasonably priced, and the filters last longer. And its made in the US as an added bonus. The water quality is great and I highly recommend! Also I don’t understand these reviews about design flaws, the design is sturdy and the tap is not flimsy… I’ve never had a single issue with leaks or any part of the container feeling cheap or breakable. The only caveat is that the filter performance is sometimes inconsistent. But I’m not convinced that this is a major manufacturing flaw, as much as I think it has to do with our consumption habits and the condition of our tap water. We consume more water during the summer as we host more guests and are more active, and summer storms cause sewer overflow into Lake Michigan which means more chemicals to be used for water treatment (live in Chicago). Sometimes the water here is so full of chemicals you can actually smell them, and I’ve noticed performance is shorter when this is the case. For some insight, we’re a household of two and we use filtered water for everything - cooking, ice maker, refillable water bottles, etc. - and typically the filters last us about 2 months. I’ve had them last as long as 3.5, and as little as 1 month. But all in all I love this filter and I think the water quality speaks for itself, so this isn’t enough to discourage me from leaving five stars and highly recommend. Sorry for the novel and hope this helps!!

Not impressed! Save your money and go with a different, better brand.
I have been buying Panna water bottles and Fiji waters bottles for some time now and recently decided I wanted to save more money and help the planet out more. So I decided to give this Epic Pure countertop water filter a try. I cleaned the tank out and ran through an entire tank of water (as per instructions) before tasting it. I didn't love the flavor very much but I wanted to make it work. I set a glass of water by my bed at night and then drink the water first thing when I get up in the morning. When I tasted the Epic Pure water in the morning it was so disgusting...tasted just like dirt.So I decided to buy a water quality tester on Amazon to check the water. Each time I tested the Epic Pure water out it tested the same as the tap water! I also tested my Panna and Fiji water bottle waters too (to make sure the water tester worked properly) and the numbers were vastly different than the Epic Pure numbers. As you can see in my photos, the Epic Pure water filter filtered out diddly-squat!If you look at the reviews on the Epic Pure water pitchers on Amazon you can see where other people checked the Epic Pure water with a tester and had the same crummy results. For comparison, I also tested my cheap Frigidaire fridge filtered water from the fridge door and it tests so much better and tastes so much better!I really wanted this water filter tank to work out! Sadly, it's going back.

Good water filter system.
Makes good water from Hard City water that starts with a high chlorine content. Test strips shows the chlorine and other contaminates removed. There was a problem with the lid of the unit I got. Their customer service replaced it right away and I have no further issues. Some wrote of leaking issues with the spicket, but I followed the directions and had no issues.I've only had it about a month so not sure how long the filter will last yet.

Water tastes insanely good.
This is perfection. I love the circular slide top for adding water. The flip faucet feels sturdy and smooth. The water tastes fan-flipping-tastic. I put mine by my recliner to encourage me to dtink more water. Mission accomplished.

Great option but t digital screen doesn’t work
Love the number of things filtered with this product! (One of the reasons I bought this product) Was easy to wash & assemble, easy to fill. Some reviews indicated the unit leaks however I’ve not experienced that- the rubber seal on spigot needs to be placed correctly and tightened so that may have been the issue seen by others who have purchased. Spigot is close to bottom so can empty entire container. I have it on counter & slide to edge when I use, but could easily fit on fridge shelf & pour without needing to move container. The sliding lid makes refilling a breeze. The only negative is that the digital screen doesn’t work. Filters are kind of pricey but I don’t need to replace often. Unit itself was $69, which isn’t bad considering the smaller pitcher version was $60 & was <half the capacity. So far, so good- I recommend & will update my review if any issues. Only reason for 4 vs 5 is that the digital screen doesn’t work.
