Great fireplace!
This fireplace is exactly what I was looking for. The flame is pleasant and not over the top. It hearts our home just enough to keep it cozy. Wonderful product.

Very pleased looks great and the heat is better than expected ( this type of fire placell will not put out hi heat but in comparison this brand is quit good) easy to install and looks great.

do not waste your money
This product does not provide the level of heat as advertised. If that's your primary objective, do not waste your money. Also, not shown in Amazon's pictures is the heavy electric cord. To conceal you'll have to mount the unit very close to outlet, so that the outlet is to the right side yet the unit is still at least 20 inches off the floor (in accordance with installation instructions). After 2 failed attempts to get a material rise in room temperature in early evening, mid-May, all we felt was a little warmth about 6 ft by the heater. I returned for a full refund.

Nice look, but not much heat
This fireplace mounts pretty easy and looks nice, but does not put off much heat. I have it in my master bedroom sitting area and cannot feel the heat unless I put my hands right above the blower.

Excellent looking and helps keep warm if required. Pretty easy to install too. Looks classy and great finish. When it is turned on it looks pretty real, like real logs of wood burning. Just love it.

Beautiful fireplace. Have it wall mounted above a sofa and it's flawless. Do not hesitate getting this fireplace.
