Q: I need about 125 tiles. Is there a way to buy them in bulk? 10 at a time seems inefficient.

Q: Are these tiles paintable?

They are glossy, not sure how well paint would stick.

Q: Can these be installed just setting in a pre existing drop ceiling grid?

Yes as long as other panels are 2’x2’

Q: can these be glued directly to the ceiling?

These are a waist of money and were 50% cracked on multiple pieces upon arrival and were returned. I found a better product for the same price and easier to install. If you would use adhesive it was so thin you would see it through the panel.
