Non dairy I can't drink milk and it does fine on my stomach

Q: How is this non dairy when the package says it contains milk?

It’s lactose free but contains casein protein from milk. So if you’re lactose intolerant, it should be ok. But if you’re sensitive to milk proteins, or have a dairy allergy, it’s not ok. But I agree, they shouldn’t be able to label it nondairy when it has milk proteins

It's a powder and not liquid, so no it doesn't need to be refridgerated.
