These have a bit of flex, and hold tight in my hair without tangling. The clip mechanism breaks eventually because they are all plastic barrettes, but I like them.

I like that they hold all my hair at the back of my neck and do not pull my hair out like elastics do. They are lightweight so they stay in my thin hair. They are easy to open and close and seem sturdy enough to last.
