Everything I’ve purchased from frontier Co-Op is superior quality. The rosemary smells amazing and the cinnamon is outstanding. I can never go back to store bought again. I was worried because shipping was tagged way out. Like almost 30 days. It got here quick. It was processed quickly and it seemed to be out the door the next and moved fast. I bought this for summer pots for craft shows and everyone has been so pleased. They look and smell wonderful.

This Frontier Co-Op organic rosemary leaf is beautifully aromatic with a nice texture. The aroma is strong and rich when you open the bag. I needed ingredients to make my own organic Poultry Seasoning because I wasn't able to get it in bulk like I used to at Natural Grocers. The Natural Grocers Poultry Seasoning had only 4 ingredients of fresh herb leaves which I then ground myself: sage, thyme, rosemary & marjoram. Every ground Poultry Seasoning that I've researched has additional ingredients like red pepper, black pepper, salt, celery powder, onion powder, etc. I didn't want any of those in my mixture. I was looking to purchase these 4 herbs (marjoram, rosemary, thyme & sage) in leaf form so that I could grind them myself in a ratio that I determined based on my research. I use 2 parts sage leaf, 2 parts thyme leaf, 1 part marjoram leaf and 1 part rosemary leaf. I grind them in my coffee/spice grinder to a nice fine powder to add to my seasoning mix for use in my homemade organic pork/turkey sausage patties. For this batch of Poultry Seasoning, I used 2 cups each of the sage leaf and thyme leaf and 1 cup each of the marjoram leaf and rosemary leaf. I put everything into a large bowl and mixed together before grinding. Then used a coffee/spice grinder which processed about 1/2 cup at a time. I stored the freshly ground seasoning in an empty/clean 26 oz spice container and this amount fit in just perfectly after grinding. I've never been disappointed by Frontier Co-Op products that I've ordered through Amazon, whether fresh herbs like this or ground spices. I've included photos of the herbs before/after grinding. It can be tough finding exactly what you're looking for in fresh unground herbs and I would've appreciated some photos. Hope they help.

Good value for the money if you use a lot of rosemary. I make Italian dressing with 1 T rosemary, 1T salt, 1t oregano, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1c avocado oil. All in blender, everyone loves it. Rosemary also pairs wonderfully with onions, put a lot in my creamed onions at Thanksgiving.
