I have been using this product for four weeks and don't think I have encountered a better value for the money in YEARS. An astute physical therapist (my 3rd and the best so far) recommended these for my numerous sore muscle groups (at 68, that ain't unusual). For 60 seconds in each area, I "roll" my sore shoulders, hips, plus muscles on top of and next to my shoulder blades. I even roll it over two vertical muscles in front of my heart which, amazingly, improves my energy levels immediately. One helpful factor is that YOU control the pressure. I seem to achieve the best results with a "moderate" level - it hurts a LITTLE, but don't press too hard or you could end up with soreness that takes days to heal. The diminishing of pain and improvement in flexibility has been nothing short of miraculous. LOL, the fifteen bucks I shelled out for this product has returned MANIFOLD better results than any off-the-charts expensive doctors.

I have chronic back pain, and my physical therapist recommended these, and she was not mistaken to do so. I've had all sorts of therapy balls, and I think these are the best for several reasons: 1) They're not so hard that they hurt like hell; rather, they have just a little give that makes them much more useful and less like torture. 2) They come in a handy little mesh carry bag with a drawstring. The thing about this is that if you adjust the drawstring on the bag ever so slightly and leave the balls inside of it, you can adjust the distance between the balls depending on how far apart you want them (For instance, if you're sitting in the car and want them in just the right place on either side of your spine you can get it adjusted perfectly and have the balls aligned behind your back and pressing on those perfect points on your spine. If you want them on your lumbar area, you can loosen the drawstring to make the balls further apart to accommodate for that part of your back, or if you want the balls between your shoulder blades, you can tighten the drawstring and have the balls closer together). Anyway, awesome purchase that I use constantly!
