Super useful item!
My bf and I got this as part of our plan to turn our van into a weekend camper van. This net holds a decent amount and is super easy to install. It doesn’t block the rear view mirror at all, but it might if you stuff a bunch of things into it like a comforter or large items. It is very stretchy and made of good material so it seems durable.

Perfect for car camping
I’ve had this in my car now for over a year and I use it every time I go car camping. The zipper pocket makes it super nice to store things when you’re actually driving and the tiedown really straps everything down well. If you have a low lying roof be prepared to have your rearview mirror be in accessible from seeing behind you so just note that you’ll need to use your side mirrors, but the quality is good. The zipper works really well too. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made for my car.

Practical but blocks view of back glass
This was pretty helpful on our cross country road trip with 2 littles. However, it does block the view of the back window. For us that didn't matter because it was already blocked by suitcases but that might be a problem for someone else. The more you put in it, the heavier it gets and it sags down blocking the window. It doesn't fit tons. We were able to fit 2 puddle jumper floaties, a bag of sand toys, a few towels and 2 kids blankets.

Sags and obscures rear windshield in RAV4
Sags and obscures about a third of the upper view of the back windshield just holding my lightweight sunshades to keep them out of the way. Tightened as far as it can be. Still performs the function it's intended for. This is more suited for vehicles with higher ceilings and not the RAV4.

Good, but not in a sedan
Good for a van or large vehicle. In a small vehicle, do a test looking backward. Would you still see safely if the top six inches was missing? These will fill up and also sag down a bit, which makes them best suited to larger vehicles and ones with high clearance.

Nice and neat, adjustable
I wanted this to be able to carry some of my canvases and drawing papers during a trip. I like this one because it doesn't sag down in the way and it is adjustable with the strings. My car isn't high like a van, so space-saving was at a premium and I did not want to bump my head on the contents. This worked perfectly for my purpose.

Don’t buy until you read this
It’s a great concept and the product is actually decent. The problem is that it uses the Jesus handles of your car. Look at the placement of the handles in front before you buy this product. And check the clearance between your head and the ceiling. If the net would be far enough forward and you sit high enough in the seat that it would hit you in the head, this isn’t a product for you. I bought it and it installed fine and I was optimistic. Then I hopped in the front seat and my entire head was underneath the cargo net, but I sot high enough that it is touching my head without anything stored in it. It doesn’t work in a Toyota 4Runner.

Too droopy to hold any weight
It droops in the center under even the lightest weights - forget about putting a fan or anything solid up there. We have microfiber towels and it drooped low enough to block my rear view mirror. Instead you want to get the models that have more strapping in a grid pattern.
