App no longer exists
The app to control the robot was removed from App Store shortly after buying, and I cannot contact the company to find out how to use it again. This robot was close to $300 and is now useless.

Great Idea! Stable and Good Camera, App works Perfect, Long Battery Life, Fast shipping to Germany
Long Time i have Search for a Pet Camera that can Drive. So Many Products on the Market but to Old, Owl Camera from 2019 or longer old. So i have Found this Robot Great Idea for Looking my Dog. The worst so in Europe i cant buy them no Seller has any Product of a Driveable Pet Camera. So i have Buy them from US. Extremely Fast (🚀) Shipping after 1,5 Days with-Wow effect. Amazon makes the Duty Cleared for me-Great!!!!. I am and my Dog are Very Happy, once THE SPEAKER Language was in Chinese but there is okay for me. App Language is english ^^, after contact official obexx they send me the right Emglish Firmware to flash the Robot Easy, great support and help ! Other was not delivery from Amazon US. When you need this in English without flash that you can look at rockirobot.com there is the same in English with only shipping in US. My standards are high and we were not disappointed. The robot is constructed to be firm and stable, agile and very easy to keep clean. The camera quality for Full HD is great, night vision is flawless. In order to achieve better image quality, I recommend updating the router to the latest firmware and deactivating Bluetooth coexistence, setting the 2.4 GHz network to 40MHz frequency if your router supports this. The best router for wide range is Asus AX Routers it support extrem wide range. We like it so its the Best and newest Robot for PetsUpdate 14.08.2021 after contact obexx Support i can (hobbytechnican) easy and carefully opened rockirobot (side up) , connect the Mainboard (inside the rockirobot, older USB Port ) and connect to PC. !Warning ⚠️! Before YOU will change the language first contact obexx Support for a Manual. The device can be Damaged and warranty fail. For me as hobbytechnican it was Easy to change the Language File with a note editor of this Android based device. And it works great.The obexx support was very very friendly and helped me. Thx very much to them 🙂Update 02.08.2023:The new App is "Tuti Robot* It works better and Smother ! Works as advertised
Highly durable item.Have 2 dogs - 1 ignores it, the other thinks it's a toy. Have had it a month and it's taken a beating from the younger pup.Note: Product requires wifi to work properly

Stopped working in 40 days - don’t waste your money
It won’t close properly (you can see by the picture) so it doesn’t connect and doesn't work anymore. The Connection to internet is bad (2.4ghz is an issue too). It also Stopped working after a few weeks and now Amazon doesn’t want to refund or return it - unbelievable - what a bad experience. Buy another one

It didn't even last two years
Everything was working great until it just stopped working a week ago. I bought this robot in December 2021, and never had one problem. This was a very expensive item, and I depend on it when I'm away from my cat for extended periods of time. The lights flash constantly when I plug it in and does not turn on at all. How can I fix this problem?

Robot pet camera
My main goal when buying a robot is to keep an eye on my animals and have them fed regularly, whether I'm at home or away from home is my main goal...it does that, and more! The technology and features are very advanced, but luckily the apps and bots themselves are user friendly. The app sometimes disconnects, but there is no problem with a quick restart. Being able to have the robot in pilot mode or guide its path on its own over the phone is fun for me and my kids too. Our toys and dogs!

Prototype that barely works - save your money
Product functioned for about 1.5 weeks. Then the battery stopped charging and became immobile and would not dispense treats. Directions are very poorly written. It is also difficult to find much information about this company--cryptic to say the least. I would not recommend this product. Returning was an extreme hassle. SAVE YOUR MONEY, unless you like lighting it on fire for defective products and potential data security theft. Laser pointer swing arm may damage your dogs eye. Do not use, if have dogs. It isn't safe. Hope this reaches the Amazon buying community and isn't suppressed by this shadowy company.

broke after only 2 days will return
received on Saturday. Tried worked played with it a little bit to get dog used to it. On Monday when I needed it the first time it didn't work anymore for no explainable reason. It is completely dead.
