Bought for my son to fit into a specific space and this is a perfect fit as the width is lower than the 40cm norm and yet still safely accommodates a full set of knives. The unique design is also stylish and of high quality wood.

The 25cm size is perfect: compact enough for small kitchens, yet long enough to imply, “Yes, I do own too many knives. Thank you for noticing.” Installation was easy, which is great because my DIY skills usually result in tears and wall damage. Not this time. I’m now officially organized, intimidating, and possibly the villain in a very well-lit cooking show. Buy this if you want to organize your utensils and send a subtle message to everyone in your life: “I slice onions. What else am I capable of?”

Looks great and works great, wanted to hang on wall screws because I was dubious of how well double sided tape would hold but electrical socket was near, tape gripped securely to painted wall and although magnet holds knives well it's still not hard to remove them to use so very little 'pull' on the painted wall.

Super snygg med en stark magnet

As I had to travel I did not open the packet till today 19.09.25. The item is only 10 inch (25 cm) in length. Length mentioned on product page is 16 inch (40 cm). See the Pic. It's a costly item at 1500/-. I wish i had was not been travelling and opened it earlier. Buyers beware! Hope amazon makes such sellers accountable.

Ce porte-couteaux est livré dans une petite boîte, il est emballé dans un sachet bulle et fourni avec 2 bandes de ruban adhésif et un sachet contenant 3 vis et 3 chevilles ce qui permet de choisir le mode de fixation. Le style est vraiment joli tout en bois d’acacia aux formes arrondies avec la marque gravée dans le bois. La longueur pour ce modèle est de 25 cm pour une hauteur d’environ 6 cm. L’aimant intégré est assez puissant pour retenir de grands couteaux (sachant que la matière de la lame du couteau peut influencer l’adhérence) par contre la partie aimantée ne vient pas jusqu’au bord du support, elle s’arrête à 2 cm du bord ce qui pour ce modèle de 25 cm représente une longueur aimantée d’environ 21 cm au total. La partie arrière comporte deux « fenêtres » qui servent à emprisonner les têtes des vis de fixation si on choisi une installation par vis. Par contre aucun gabarit de perçage n’est fourni il faut dont mesurer avant de percer ou réaliser soit même un petit gabarit en carton. J’ai apprécié : -La qualité de fabrication -La matière utilisée bois d’acacia -La marque gravée dans le bois -Le style épuré tout en rondeur -La puissance de l’aimant, une fois le couteau en place il faut vraiment tirer pour le décoller -Le choix de la fixation, double face ou vis -Les deux bandes d’adhésif fournies avec 3 vis et 3 chevilles pour deux trous de fixation -Le gain de place procuré en libérant le plan de travail -la possibilité de l’utiliser pour fixer des ustensiles ou des outils J’ai moins apprécié : -Le bois semble assez sensible aux rayures -Pas de gabarit de perçage fourni -La partie aimantée s’arrêtant à 2 cm des bords, il ne reste que 21 cm pour fixer des couteaux (pour ce modèle de 25 cm) Conclusion : un très joli porte-couteaux de belle qualité. Ce modèle à 25 cm permet de ranger un set de 5 couteaux japonais maximum la longueur de l’aimant étant limité. Si vous souhaitez plus d’espace entre les couteaux ou si vous avez plus de 5 couteaux à fixer, préférez le modèle de 40 cm.

Manyetik çekişi kuvvetli, acaba mı diye teredüt etmeyin. 4 şef ve 3 soyma bıçağını rahatlıkla yerleştirebilirsiniz. 3 adet yapıştırıcı bant ve vidalarıyla geliyor. Bantla kullandım gayet sağlam tavsiye ederim.
