I am in love with this balance board! I am always looking for new ways to keep moving and improving my activity during my work day. I bought a standing desk a couple of years ago and I’m now standing 90% of my 40 hour work week. I want to keep moving though because standing can be just as bad as sitting if you don’t mix it up (so I hear). I have a balance ball for the times when I do want to sit. For standing I have a mini trampoline to bounce on and a multi-level cushioned matt. I wanted to add a mini-elliptical too, but wasn’t quite ready to spend the money. That’s when I found this little gem. The price is much less than the elliptical and it’s so fun! I can stand on this for hours at a time. I rock side-to-side and front-to-back as well as just balancing while typing (a little trickier). I do have to remind myself to take a break because it can make my back sore if I overdue it, but that’s just a validation of how much I love this thing! I highly recommend trying a balance board as a compliment to your standing desk. My yoga poses are getting easier due to the balance skills I’m gaining from this!

Great size. And like the board extends further beyond the rocker Trojan the physical therapist. Better calf stretches and can use for multiple exercises at home to build back strength and balance. Non slip surface is good for shoes. For socks they stick and you actually slide out of your socks. phy therapist has this item at rehab using socked feet so that’s my only complaint I’m not getting the full bare foot use. However I use barefoot and find since personal. Doesn’t mark the floor. Would buy again as gift

Perfect size; very well made, nice padding, plus a roll to place it on if needed. Works for plank as well as my knee exercises. Reasonable price. Highly recommend this.
