I’m 5’4” and the straps are not adjustable so they are too long for me to use. I’m returning them. Otherwise, it is a nice set.

Product is well made minus the carry bag. Carry bag is cheap and already ripped, but it's just the bag and I can put the stuff in something else. The exercise bands and bar itself are durable and a great deal for the price. Recommend.

I love this, and so do my kids, but I am shorter than my kids and this just works for me- I’ve used the tension bands in my ways to give me the workout. We tightened the straps so they tightened/adjusted all the way to the very end, and there was just enough tension to make this work. My daughter is 5’6”, my son, 5’5 1/2, and me at 5’3 1/2 on a good day…..

The bar was difficult to take apart. I felt that I would make holes in the foam if I had to disassemble the bar repeatedly. I returned the item as it was would not be easy for me to take it along for my travels.

The media could not be loaded.  I love it so easy to use and the storage bag fits everything in it and it’s exactly as picture

For anyone wanting to start an exercise program this is a great affordable combo. The band works great ~ wasn’t sure how well that would work. Very pleased with each of the pieces included. Now I just have to use ‘em more!!!

Could not effectively use for squats because the resistance bands were too long or I was too short for them. I am 5’2”. It felt like I was just squatting body weight so I didn’t not get the added resistance I was looking for. The other products in the kit work great.

This was a gift. She absolutely loved it

I like this set and it's a great alternative for at home. I use it daily for strength training. My only complaint it that the carabiners are a bit cheap. I've already noticed them not closing properly and needing to physically snap them into place.

Had not known these existed. I love to work out at home, these bands are a good alternative to weights. Easy to ensemble, storage bag and great price point too.

I didn’t like it I feel not resistance at all.
