These cords work great to tie our deck umbrella closed. Since they can be easily combined to extend length, they also work well to tie our umbrella to the deck railing when open. Appreciate the versatility in use.

Imagine a twisty tie on steroids, great outer covering, easy to use, durable, you name it. I have at least six of them in the truck, I have the two foot and one foot versions.I have secured piles of lumber with them, if you can wrap around the item and have enough to put a few twists in it, they hold. I keep one permanently in a red t-shirt to use as a red flag for long loads - again wrap it around something, twist the ends together and don't worry about it (just make sure it is tight).I bought my first set of these years ago and those two are still going strong, the only way I can tell the difference between the new and the old is the new are a little brighter, i.e. no dirt and no wear on them.You can use these pretty much anywhere you have a place to twist them around. You could put them around your headrest posts to hold stuff in the back seat, anchors in the back of your SUV to help secure a load. Also, if you need to, you can get them to link together and make them considerably longer.I highly recommend these, when you buy them they do come in a set of two, all the same, buy at least two sets, you will find endless uses for them.

I've been using these more and more compared to traditional bungee cords, zip-ties, etc. These work really well for carrying bikes, particularly since you can tighten them up well with the risk of scratching from the hooks on standard bungee cords. The surface is a grippy rubber which does a great job of "holding" whatever you are trying to secure. These break down far less quickly than traditional bungee cords too.

The #1 use I have for these is tying up stuff in my truck bed. I have the tie-down rail system in my Tundra and I have three of these hanging on a tie-down all the time. It's so easy to throw a gas can, lawnmower or anything else in the bed, wrap one of these around something to hold it and you don't have to worry about it moving or sliding.I also use them to tie up extra/loose ratchet strap lengths. Just fold the loose straps up and use one to wrap around it and it will hold it in place.Tons of other uses, well worth the money.

These things do a perfect job of holding our 6' lightup tree to the corner of our patio. We secured this tree with these reusable ties to the patio's metal railing & this tree does not budge---and we live in an area that can get crazy windy some days (& there is nothing blocking us from the wind this high up). We are truly grateful for & happy with the purchase of this product!
