This recipe book is especially nice because of the way it is written. All the recipes are given in a lot of detail which makes it easy to follow even when no pictures are present. Also, the actual recipes themselves were really well chosen and taste really good! I liked it!

I love this Book so much I learned to make a lots of stuff from it but there is no pictures to see what she is talking about

i was looking for a west indian cook book since moving away from my family and feeling like i forgot how cook some traditional foods. Found this book amound others and honestly these recipes are okay but I was expected more recipes. definitely didn't feel like enough recipes in this book

Great book I am even going to get my daughters one., now that they are showing an interest in cooking West Indian or Caribbean Foods.

I guess I was expecting a little more. I won’t be using this book- I put it straight to the goodwill box in the garage. 😳 there were no recipes for sweets, and the main dish recipes just didn’t seem like anything I would ever make.

Love the pictures of each dish. Love the easy to find mouth watering dishes. Foods of the Caribbean are easy to make and tasty. Love it!

Incomplete recipe. No photos. Thin and cheap. Better off going online for these recipes. Save your money
