Difficult finding the right size

I own the Napapijri Rainforest ladies anorak in XXL so got this coat in the same size and it was massive. Exchanged it for size L which then had too short sleeves. I would have purchased this coat in size XL but I was only allowed to exchange it once and now the price has been increased so don't want to place a brand new order.
