Q: What is the difference between this pen and the same one sold by 99Parts? It is 25 dollars there, and 45 here.

I’ve looked at those auctions and Do Not pay $45. Just watch the listings for a bit and you’ll find one cheaper. The pens from China have improved their quality a bit and use the international market, in particular the US, to make more money. Try and be patient and watch the listings. As a side note, the pen is very gaudy (not for the office), but the presentation box is very nice. Good luck.
