Great results!
I've been using Dr. Song whitening kit for 1 year, and it had an incredible effect on my teeth. My teeth are much whiter compare to last year. The whitening session is absolutely painless! I will definitely keep on ordering this product.

After just a couple of uses, I could already see a difference in my teeth — especially when comparing them to the whitening guide included in the box. It actually works, which is always nice when you’re trying something new. I also appreciated that they threw in an extra syringe of gel; little touches like that make a difference. I had read a few reviews mentioning black specks in the gel, but thankfully mine was completely smooth and clear. The only small issue I ran into was that the gel tends to come out in a thick glob because the syringe stopper sticks a bit, but it’s easy enough to spread around in the mouth trays. The taste isn’t great, but honestly, that’s pretty standard with whitening gels. Overall, this kit delivers what it promises. My teeth look brighter, it’s easy to use, and the value for the price is solid. If you’re looking for a whitening system that actually makes a difference without spending a ton, this one’s definitely worth trying.

After using Dr. Song's teeth whitening for more than 2 years I finally take the time to give them a well-deserved review. Their kit of <35% carbamide peroxide + light + little applicator brush> is all you need to safely whiten your teeth at home. I first did an "intensive" whitening with daily use until the desired color, and then every now and again for maintenance. This kit costs a fraction of what it would cost to have it done at a dental office. Also, a competitive price compared to all the other home-whitening kits out there that charge you much more for the same results in a fancier package. After several purchases I can tell: It always delivers promptly, is well packaged, and syringes with carbamide come in a bag with an expiration date (this is important as carbamide peroxide will expire and stop working). The product works just as promised. I personally have not had any teeth sensitivity with repeated use. But I think people prone to teeth sensitivity might want to space the treatments to every other day or more. Do not look any further. You are buying a very good product at a great price!

I'd like to give this a 5 star rating, but have to take off a star due to packaging. The product itself works, just like any other 35% solution (most of which are much more expensive). I have regular trays (not the light activated ones), used this for 10 minutes the first time, and saw significant improvement! I generally use 35% solution for 3-4 days consecutively, then I'm good for at least a month or 2. I've done 2 treatments and still have about 25-30% of a syringe left, so a little goes a long way. My complaint is in the packaging. The only thing telling you what this product is is a sticker on the box. The syringes aren't labeled, there isn't an "ingredient list" type of thing inside the box. This doesn't really inspire confidence in the product. The instruction sheet provided is only for a light activated tray, so I had to do some additional research to make sure this would work in regular trays. Finally, the syringes don't move really smooth. You need to use a little pressure, and then Splat! A whole blob comes out at once. Luckily, they include a tiny brush, which I then used to spread the blob around the tray, and transfer some over to the other tray. This has happened both times. The taste is horrible, but I'm not faulting Dr. Song for this, since every bleach I've used tastes horrible.

Dr. Songs Teeth Whitening Gel does work as promised. It does whiten with about as well as Opalescence 35%. However, the packaging of the product leaves a bit to be desired. I have custom molded teeth trays I got from my dentist a few years back. The teeth trays have small, molded pockets to hold the gel on the front of each tooth. I have used Opalescence every few months for a "touch up" of my teeth. The syringes for Dr Song's gel are larger than Opalescence and have more gel but there is no pointed tip for accurate placement of the gel. Also, even though I put the cap back on the Song's gel, it seems to coagulate a little in the tip between uses. Every time I use the syringe the first bit of produce gushes out into the teeth tray. I then have to push the extra gel around with the syringe tip to try to distribute it to the other teeth pockets. The bottom line is I use much more gel with each use so the extra gel in the syringe is really not netting more uses. It may be that Dr Song's get is really made for generic teeth trays which would probably need more gel since they are not custom molded. Perhaps if Dr Song's included a pointed tip you could attach to the syringe it would work better for me. The Dr Song's gel does work but I will probably go back to the Opalescence after I use up the Dr Son'g syringes I have.

Don't let the incredibly low price of Dr Song Teeth Whitening fool you into thinking it can only mean it's not as good as what you get from your dentist. On the contrary, it is every bit as good and then some! I had my teeth initially whitened about 10 years ago using a product (I don't want to mention the brand) that my dentist recommended/offered. It did a fantastic job, making my upper and lower teeth a good 5 to 6 shades whiter. My dentist explained that tooth color is largely determined by genetics and your consumption of stain-inducing products, such as coffee, tea, tobacco, and some medications. Depending on my consumption habits, he said, I might need to touch up my teeth every so often. So, when it came time to needing more whitening gel, I contacted my dentist's office. I paid $90 (and that was several years ago) for 8 syringes, each containing the active ingredient, carbamide peroxide, at 20 percent concentration. Then I heard about Dr Song's Teeth Whitening system. After doing a fair amount of research on this product (which contains the same active ingredient but at 35 percent concentration) and on teeth whitening in general, I decided to give it a try. I purchased the Kit initially, largely because it offered not only the whitening gel, but also an accelerator light, a mouth tray (I did not need this, as I'd had customized trays done by my dentist), and several syringes of another gel for gum sensitivity. My dentist's product offered only the 8 syringes of whitening gel -- at 4 to 5 times the cost! Dr Song Teeth Whitening works just as well as the "professional" product my dentist offers. But because of the higher concentration of carbamide peroxide in Dr Song gel, results are achieved much faster. I will never go back to ordering refills from my dentist when I can get professional results at a mere fraction of the cost!
