This is the absolute best hydrating product. My entire family uses it all winter long on hands, cuticles, lips, heels. Our daughter had severe skin issues, sending us to multiple dermatologists. We finally found an old school dermatology professor who recommended vaniply products for her. We use them all. This is an ointment, not a cream. It’s penetrates deep (not like petroleum jelly that stays on the surface). For dry hands, reccomend applying to tops is hands avoiding palms and finger tips so it doesn’t feel greasy. Best application at night to really absorb. Relieves chapped lips immediately. Well worth the money.

We LOVE this product! After going to our pediatric dermatologist multiple times for a terrible diaper rash on our son with very sensitive skin, and trying Desitin, multiple prescription creams and ointments, Aquaphor, and using Earth Best diapers and being unable to use even Water Wipes to wipe him, and instead having to use special non-soap stuff to clean him up at each diaper change, and having to let him sleep without a diaper and doing that laundry almost everyday, pediatric dermatologist finally recommended this and omg- it started working right away! His skin started improving so fast- it was amazing! I couldn’t believe it! Great product, and saved our poor sons little bottom from looking like he had bed sores.

Well, Vaniplay was recommended by a surgeon for wound care. Worked great since I am allergic to anything containing petroleum products like petroleum jelly. Now I have expanded to using it on my face after shaving. Obviously, I don't slather it on but thin it with witch hazel. My skin is soft and much improved. Now trying Vanicream for rest of body. At the price, it is a no-brainer.

My daughter suffers from severe eczema (atopic dermatitis), and discovered the Vanicream products when she was in the hospital. Vaniply is not available in the drugstore, but it is an important product for her, so ordering ahead of time is a must. Because it is an ointment, it has lasting power and gets her through more of her day before she has to reapply. I sent this to a friend going through proton therapy (Breast Cancer) that left her skin raw. Another friend who got burned from a broken tea pot (!!!), also found this was the only stuff that didn’t irritate her delicate skin.

My dermatologist recommended Vanicream products to me based on the purity of the products. They are very affordable and I’ve been really happy with the results. I live where it snows so I decided to purchase the ointment skin protectant as well as the regular moisture cream. Just so you know, the ointment skin protectant is VERY greasy and takes a long time to absorb into the skin. I’m not unhappy about this because I use it on my hands and face before going out into the cold to walk however I can’t see putting make up right on top of it if I were going to work, etc. It has a Vaseline quality to it that’s obviously providing the protection to your skin without clogging your pores. Great product that way....just be aware that it’s greasy and takes awhile to absorb.
