Arzum Okka Automatic Turkish/Greek Coffee Machine, USA 120V UL, Black/Chrome

This thing is incredible. My husband is from the Middle East and I have always struggled to confidently make Turkish coffee at home for his friends and family. This machine makes a beautiful coffee in the touch of a button and is very simple to clean and operate. Expensive but entirely worth it.

Makes Turkish, Greek, Arabic coffee a breeze to prepare and the taste is great. I am able to have a cup every morning even on the days when I am rushed. Great product!

Very convenient. Turkish coffee used to be a weekend treat, now it’s how I start every morning. I tried the cheaper machine first, which was dead right out of the box. I then made the jump for this one at over twice the price and I am happy I did. It’s convenient, easy, and makes great coffee. No standing over the stove holding the ibrik at just the right temperature for ten minutes. I love that I can get my coffee started and jump in the shower while it does the “long brew.” I have two minor complaints. Firstly, brewing time appears to be based on a set time and not water temperature. Thus, if you refresh the reservoir with cold water right before brewing, your coffee will be noticeably weaker than if you start with room temp water (and yes, I always use the “long brew” mode). This is easily overcome by refreshing the water after brewing, not before. My only other minor complaint is cleaning. The self cleaning does an ok job of flushing out most of the leftover grounds, but some will have become fused to the heater plate with each brew. The top part of the reservoir comes off for cleaning but the plate is still recessed and has the mixer protruding from it, making it hard to really thoroughly clean. Not a huge deal, but I imagine if you like switching between coffee with cardamom and without, it might be an issue. Overall, though, I am thrilled with the machine and satisfied that it was worth the price tag especially since it’s something I use at least once a day.

I am writing this review because I evaluated online reviews of this product. At over $250 that is a significant amount of money for a coffee maker. Some of the online reviews were not favorable. The most consistent complaint was the European plug. This machine came with a commercial grade grounded US plug. It is made in Turkey and came beautifully packaged and quality materials. The operation is similar to a Keurig without the pods, simply put the water, coffee, and sugar in and hit start. There is a very helpful YouTube video about the use and it performs exactly like the video. I could not be more happy with this purchase. I have been making Turkish coffee over the stove for years, usually for special occasions. My family in now hooked on Turkish coffee. This coffee maker makes the process so easy and I don’t have to babysit the stove! It does require some experimentation to get the coffee, sugar, and water ratios to your taste. The best experiment I have conducted. You will enjoy this machine if you love Turkish coffee.

The best $300 I’ve ever spent its amazing and its so easy to deal with and it also clean it self all you have to do is just wipe it or rinse the coming off parts Love this product

Was really excited about the machine. It made excellent coffee for a good 3 month then stopped working correctly. The inside spinner just keeps turning and will no longer make coffee.

This Turkish coffee maker is wonderful. Earlier I was using beko until it broke after 2 years. I decided to give Arzum brand a go and I am very happy. I recommend this to everyone if you know what you are doing. This is not espresso machine or Keurig. This is real deal Turkish coffee maker that you would find the same taste in Turkey. Thank you for coming up with such a great machine for us coffee lovers.

The best coffee machine we got! I’ve always found it hard to make turkish coffee, It either burns and flows out if the pot quickly or is too watery. Since we got the Arzum Okka, I enjoy my coffee everyday with zero effort, just add coffee and sugar if needed and its ready!! So glad I found it in Amazon!

Da buen cafe pero les aconsejo servir una toma sin cafe ANTES para que se caliente la caldera, y la tasa y despues ya hacerlo normalmente con cafe y/o azucar, así quedará mucho mejor.

I am very satisfied with this coffee machine. Seller was so great in answering all my questions. The machine itself is so great. The coffee taste like an authentic Turkish coffee.
