Any depth, however, the general rule with rc (even when stated as waterproof, such as the axial scx10iii series) is that it is not a submarine! Great care should be taken after any serious water fording activity. Bearings, the grease in and around your transmission as well as the differentials are some of the many parts that won't like substantial time in water.
