Great pillow.
Took time to get used to it. Appeared too firm and gave me neck ache but after a few days or week I can't do without it. Keeps its shape . Love it. Would recommend. I have previously spent lots on pillows and they don't last. This one appears to stay firm for years to come and much less cost.

Disappointing
This was amazing when it first arrived.so plumped and firm ohh so comfy.But after a few weeks it became flat and not as supporting.firmness didn’t last either.i guess I will have to find another in a few months.

Great nights sleep at last.
Well don,t know if it,s coincidence or not, but I had the best nights sleep i,ve had in many months, the pillow is firm and wieghty, but I love it.

Too firm and huge.
The quality of this pillow is good. However, it is REALLY firm and solid. It feels like sleeping on a brick. It is very huge and caused neck pain for me. I am a side sleeper and I tried it for two weeks, but I could not stand the pain. I wish the company provide us with the option of taking out or controlling the foam insidePros1- good quality.2- it may work perfectly for people who like extra firm and giant pillows.3- the shape was maintained after two weeks of sleepingCons:1- too firm, which may be unhealthy for some people. It would cause neck pain and headache2- difficult to adjust its shape3- huge for some people, which also may cause issues with the neck and back.4- cannot take out the foam inside

Don’t buy
After reading the reviews, I thought this would be the perfect pillow, but it’s been the worst night sleep I ever had. It’s so big and bulky, it’s like sleeping on 5 pillows. It has made my neck so stiff and I had terrible sleep. Don’t buy unless you like sleeping on 17 pillows
