why do other brands of 1200 aluminum Oxide cause a glossy finish, but your product doesn't? Why do I need 1500 Grit?

1200 grit is a final polish, 1500 is not a final polish. You can add Borax soap for a shinny finish. I watched YouTube about it very educational about grits and tumblers.
