Very good quality and it enhanced my face skin

I received this a week ago and have been using it since. I read a lot of reviews online about other brands a lot of them saying that it wasn't real jade so when I bought this I checked the product information carefully, it showed the origin of the Jade and came with a certificate of authenticity. I also saw reviews of other products being flimsy rattling a little bit and the arms coming out of the stone, well after using this for a week I can say there is nothing flimsy about this product! These rollers do not rattle they don't even squeak while using, everything about the workmanship of these says quality. Using this product is easy and relaxing it doesn't come with a lot of instructions and I never got my ebook,but there are a lot of tutorials on YouTube that walked me through the process.This would make an outstanding gift! When I received the package I was surprised by how nicely it was packaged the box is beautiful, then you open it up to see the finely-crafted rollers and the beautiful Gua Sha stone. I would definitely recommend this and buy as a gift.Quick update, I sent a quick email to the address that came with the product about not receiving the ebooks and I received it within hours.

Last year I sent a jade roller to my daughter for her birthday. She replied that she wanted me to get one for myself, so I did. It was "another brand", it felt good and worked well for about eight months, but broke. I looked for another purchase and found this combo Authentic Jade Roller, Natural Rose Quartz Roller and Gua Sha | 3-In-1 Stone Face Massager Kit. I wanted to try the InnoCreations because of the reviews and the certificate and the warranty, plus the REAL BRAZILIAN stone claims. Plus the price was fantastic for 3 in 1 products!I tried these items for the first time last night. I was impressed with the feel of the handle, the solidness, and the weight. It felt so much better than my "other brand." I love the Gua Sha stone too, it is a nice large size and worked well.I think that every women should try these stones, add it to your daily beauty routine! It seems to boost the circulation of my skin, and feels so good, especially when the stone is cold. Recently I received a facial and my Esthetician said that I had very good elasticity, and I am 70 yrs old, so it must be working!Like they say, why not try InnoCreation now?

The quality and excellence for the price is on point. Some products claim to be authentic Rose Quartz and Jade but end up being cheap colored plastic (you know which ones I’m talking about). This comes with a certificate of authenticity and you can really feel the difference when you use it.I put both rollers and the gua sha in my fridge for the stones to cool. Works best taking a relaxing bath/ shower thoroughly cleaning your skin with a gentle non comedogenic cleanser to fight acne opening the pores. I then use retinol and vitamin C serums using the rollers to help the product absorb into the skin. I suffer from severe hormonal cystic acne and after using this product especially the cooling effect from putting them in the fridge my skin has calmed down and feels so much healthier. A must have for a healthy skin care regimen. Highly recommend!

When I ordered my first one, the gua Sha broke in transit. Super dissapointing but I kept it to use the roller for a bit for the review. LOVE.I want to add they sent me a replacement right away with no hassle. These things are DELICATE. So when you roll make sure to not press down on the rod of the roller too much over time since it may snap and don't drop them cause they will definitely break.Aside from that, which is understandable cause it is a gem, these are amazing rollers and guasha.Idk if it's real Jade and rose quartz for sure, but there's no bubbles in the Jade or rose quartz (something you seen when people try to pull of glass as a gemstone), it's not pourous from what I've seen, and it's entirely smooth and no chips or cracks.And since I ordered the replacement, I had two sets at one point so I got to see how different two sets looked. Each was unique. I didn't check to see if the card codes were the same (some people in the reviews were saying that how can it be real if all the identification cards are the same). Forgot to check.But I gave my mom the Jade one and myself the rose quartz. I have to say it is cool like ice which is unlike glass.But honestly, let's assume it's not gemstone. It's still such a good deal compared to the stuff I've seen at even TJMaxx that looks and feels a lot cheaper.This product is comparable to the quality you'd get at Sephora. (weight and metal and looks wise).A rose quartz gemstone roller at Sephora or Ulta is like $32 for one. So for sure you'll be gemstone there.Again, not 100% sure for this product but regardless, I still feel a cool sensation, it's a great thing to do at night and in the morning. I'd reccomend this for yourself or as a gift!

I love this product! The packaging is beautiful, the rollers and gua sha are gorgeous, my skin is improved, and the company has wonderful customer service to boot! I like to refrigerate my rollers and gua sha and use them on my face after cleansing to help with inflammation and redness and it really does help! The design of the rollers is very high quality also, no squeaks or loose fittings. I accidentally dropped my gua sha on the floor and it broke and I emailed customer service and they responded within a day to let me know they would replace it free of charge! I can't say enough good things about this company.
