This Product don't have Mic, then also possible to talk with mobile phone. Presently it's working with WhatsApp & Facebook for voice and video calling, sending voice messages, not tried yet phone call.Can Improve more sound quality.

I find ergo fitting much more comfortable and these ones are a good fit. The sound quality is pretty good. Also the wires don't seem to get all tangled like others I've had. A good buy

One star for the name Panasonic, the quality is completely different from the product I was ordering from Amazon USA or UK , the quality is very bad, it quickly broke down
