I tried it and I haven't stopped. I used to take four to eight Tylenol a day if not 10:00 to 12:00. This has been a game changer for my liver and stomach and I got to say it works just as f****** good. Arnica is a well known support for discomfort uses, so I use it. My body is subtle to not giving me awareness if something I take is working or not. Just have to "believe" and sometimes get to truly notice a result for why I took it. My body can be very subtle to non-evident with things I take --- I mostly focus on food based supplements and only the occasional need for a medicinal type, natural item --- choosing the known and the safe ones based on learning about them first.
