Dimensions are written in the product details. Its standard size. Each tier holds 12 cupcakes perfectly. Takes up less space than other cupcake carriers. Its approximately 8 x 14". I have 2 sets and its a great investment. I can carry all 48 cupcakes at once since they are stackable and snap together. Just make sure you hold it from the bottom not from handle. Dont want to risk breaking handle off. Holes are a little snug, but I would buy this again. I bake often for work, family, and fundraisers and these carriers are my favorite so far.

From what I can research, every product that Snapware makes is Bpa free; I am pleasantly surprised.

Q: Is this container airtight?

No, it is not airtight. It does not offer the same airtight gasket system as the rest of the Snapware kitchen storage products. When you lift the handle and carry it, the "seal" will open on different parts on the lid. However, it does have more height for cupcakes than any other system.

Q: does this hold mini cupcakes?

It could hold them if you turn it flat-side up (like for cookies) but it won't hold them steady so they will probably fall over.
