I’ve only been using this product for about a week and a half, and my feet are always cold anymore which to me means that it’s working if I notice a difference in my hair, I will write another review. Also the taste is good to me. He reminds me of vitamins I used to take as a child the Flintstone vitamins but if I need to purchase another bottle, it definitely will be this one.

I always struggle to find good iron supplement but Mary Ruths liquid iron supplement had been my go to. I love the taste and it's so easy to remember to take. I cannot recommend this product more. If you're looking for iron supplement, do give this one a try. You wouldn't regret starting with this one.

Not what expected too sweet and I feel like it dint help at all

Tastes really good! I'd be worried if I had small children--you would have to be sure they couldn't access it! Seems to be helping me. My only issue is that the cap was really hard to get off and finally just broke into two pieces so now I have a piece of foil and a rubber band to close it. So the cap was not just child-proof, it was anyone-proof! I guess I just got a defective cap but it's very inconvenient and I'll probably not buy it again because of the struggles with the bottle.

This product is working great for me and I’m not even committed to taking it every day. I take Mary Ruth liquid iron, and vitamin C together. I stopped having leg cramps and I was having them at least 2 to 3 times a week at night. Now I’m sleeping peacefully.

So far so good! It just arrived today and I’ve already utilized it. It taste really good compared to the other iron brands. Theres no bad after taste and it even smells good. Hope this helps

The only iron I have been able to take consistently! If you’re a sensitive soul like me, this does not cause stomach pain or nausea on an empty stomach. Take with vitamin c to help it absorb. I’m finally raising my iron and Hb levels after 10 years of being stuck due to side effects.
