Best Belgian White Chacolate
This is my second time buy, Probably i will buy more as i am doing some kind of Chacolate experiments and Dubai Chacolates on my own , this is my review for this product, I’m really impressed with this white chocolate! It’s incredibly smooth and creamy, perfect for a wide range of baking and candy-making projects. I’ve used it for everything from cookies and fudge to making chocolate-covered Oreos and even homemade ice cream. Each time, it has added a rich, delicious flavor that stands out—definitely a step above the typical white chocolate you find in stores. It melts beautifully and has a great texture, making it easy to work with in various recipes. While it’s on the pricier side, it seems to go further than other chocolates I’ve used, and the taste justifies the extra cost. I also appreciated that it arrived in perfect condition with no issues with tempering. I’m so glad I found this, as it really does remind me of the classic white chocolate taste I remember from childhood—nothing like the fake white “chocolate” products out there. I’ll definitely be purchasing this again for my future baking and candy-making needs! Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality white chocolate that delivers both in flavor and performance!

Excellent
Bougie chocolate. I really love this. They melt perfectly and I have had some comments about how rich and delicious it is. I used it to make fudge.

Melts Like A Dream
Don’t be fooled like I was by other brands that state on their label: white baking chips! This is the real McCoy and worth the extra cost. I make chocolate bark using a Pyrex double boiler to melt these white chocolate chips on low heat. Takes about ten minutes to melt. I microwave the chocolate chips and then mix, and refrigerate. Great product, great taste!

Net Weight SHORT 20 grams of promised Two Pounds - Chocolate great
Measure before you start your baking - Cambie shorted me on weight! I use this white chocolate for rum raisin fudge because its net weight is supposed to be two full pounds (908 grams) - this has been true in the past but this year Dec 2024 the product contained less than to two pounds I needed for 2 batches of fudge (by 20 grams at least!) forcing me to buy an extra bar of white chocolate for my fudge. Other than that, the chocolate itself is perfect --- great melting point, perfect size chips for measuring and melting, tastes wonderful (not too sweet).

Great
I did wayyy too much research on making chocolate covered oreos for a party that I could color coordinate. I just wanted a snack that matched my color scheme and next thing I know I'm watching science videos about tempering white chocolate. A saw a few viewers mentioning theirs came out of temper while shipping which made me nervous but mine didn't at all. Not a single one thankfully. The taste is great and though its expensive it seems to go a bit further than other chocolate I've used. When I was a kid I was allergic to chocolate so my parents would get me white chocolate and I remember really liking it. I grew out of that allergy and then started to hate white chocolate, I thought it was just because I couldnt have regular for so long. Now I think its because they gradually started changing out white chocolate for the fake white candy they sell in stores because I love the taste of this real white chocolate. It was like tasting a memory I'd completely forgotten about. I think it's a shame that they mislead people into thinking those wilton melts are white chocolate. I would have had no idea because I guess unless you buy the real stuff or carefully read the package you don't know because they are just so common. I actually bought this, my husband complained about the price then we were in the grocery store the next day and he picked those up and said see how much cheeper this is... and I said yeah, If only it were white chocolate. He read the entire package he didn't believe me because thats what hes known as white chocolate his entire life. There is no substitution. This is fantastic and when I had the party people kept talking about these oreos (which I actually thought the oreo detracted from the white chocolate) and saying things like wow I usually dont like white chocolate what did you put in this? To which I'd reply... white chocolate, just not the fake stuff. I will DEFINITELY buy this again and from this seller.

Old Product
What is going on with the contents of this bag? Powdery white on the surface shows age. Not the quality I paid for.
