Did not care for this item - the drops were messy, and did not work well. They also ended up ittitating my dogs skin. I ended up having to purchase another product.

I purchased Hartz for my 3 dogs they weigh 17, 43, and 90 lbs. Hartz did the trick. I read the reviews on Hartz Drops and I was affraid at first, but I decided to give it a try, because I noticed that not everyone has a bad experience. My 3 dogs did not get any negative side effect, they did very well, no change in behavior either. I would use this product again. I have searched for fleas on my 17 lb dog, all I found was dead fleas, she still scratches a bit, but I think its cause her skin is still irritated from the flea bites. I also treated my house for fleas, just to be safe. My other two dogs are mostly outside dogs, now I just have to treat the yard for fleas. I have not seen any fleas or ticks on my outside dogs either. The product was easy to use. FYI, Hartz is a pesticide, but Frontline and Advantix are as well. If you look for reviews on other dog drops you will notice that they all have good and bad reviews. I think it just depends on your dog. Hope this information helps

We just used this on our dog a few days ago & it didn’t irritate his skin & he is sensitive! It is as described & he isn’t digging or biting so far ! Easy to use & instructions.

I have used this product for three months and been pleased. We have found two ticks on our dog this season while using the product but both were dead. The product works as intended - no fleas at all. We are using the 31-60lb version on a 32 pound dog. His behavior did not change at all with use. My only complaint is cosmetic in that it leaves a long, greasy-looking line on his back that does not disappear for weeks without bathing from the product application. He is a sweet but fairly ugly looking mutt anyway so we don't really care but someone with a show dog might think differently : ).
