Easy to use and safety inspection compliant! (MA)
Had to get my car inspected but the back-up light housing had a good 2" hole in it from who knows when or what. No replacement part available since it was located on the trunk hatch and was part of one biiig applique and the part was discontinued.Took this product, followed the instructions/common sense (cut to size + decent margins all around, throughly wash and scrub the area, press HARD on all areas multiple times, etc) and it worked great. I didn't test with a big water jet or anything, but it seemed to be sealed vs water running on it from the side via pouring bottles of water on the trunk.Took it to inspection and asked if it would pass, guy said he didn't even notice it until I pointed it out. Since the cover is hard and similar to the original housing, instead of flimsy tape/paper, it's perfectly fine. And this is in a state with really strict safety requirements. 100% recommended!

Disappointed
The pic on the Advertisement showed clear. Ah, Nope! Stands out awfully. It's sticky but I don't honestly think it will stay

Helped pass inspection
I had broken tail lights which led me fail the Massachusetts inspection. Thanks to this product, I was able to pass without making a lot of investment. It looks patchy. It's an alright product if you're looking for something to cover broken lights.

Just what I needed
Had a inside the bed light on my on truck that the Lens was damage while hauling stuff. Expensive to replace, and then I found this item, ordered it, cut to dimensions and self sticking made the install easy. Very difficult to tell the difference now. Very pleased.

Do not waste your money does not work
Used for tail light repair. Adhesive didn't stick and stay, doesn't work, came right off when driving not worth the money. Complete waste.

It is a nice repair kit, but color is diffelt to match with original. The most car is differ color and appearance, the car owner mustmake a good shafe before repair.

The least expensive way to seal a cracked lens.
The least expensive way to seal a cracked lens. A new lens on my Toyota was going to cost $300 uninstalled so I tried one of these. My first one lasted about three years before it yellowed but still maintained a seal. I pealed it off and put on this fresh one, cut to fit, and it looks like new. Only I know the lens is cracked.

Did the job
Saved me $400 for a new dump truck front corner light ... you might have to consider using clear silicone depending on angle of fix.
