Craft Brew Drilled Rubber Stopper 6 (Set of 3)

These fit perfectly in a Carlo Rossi wine jug & worked great for making plum wine. These are easy to put in & take out if you don't push them in to far. The 3 piece airlocks fit easily into these stoppers as well. I did have an issue where I pushed the stopper down to far into the bottle* (see below on tip to remove) & this caused the airlock to not function properly (no air could get out) & had a very messy wine explosion in the kitchen. Thankfully the airlock shot out, along with A LOT of fermenting plum wine, & the glass bottle did not break. *If one of these suckers does happen to get stuck in your glass jug-o-wine because you don't know your own strength - simply use a wine opener to remove it. Not an automatic kind, if you were strong enough to get it stuck, you are strong enough to use the restaurant style opener. Do use little finesse to not break or chip the glass neck. Hopefully this will save another gallon or 2 of wine same as it saved mine, minus the wine explosion part!
