the handles are a bit narrow...
...and after a while, begins to feel uncomfortable on your shoulders (with a 14" laptop and some files in it). The pockets on either end is perfect for phone + wallet in front of you and a water bottle behind. Also nice that I still haven't ran into someone with the same bag :)
