As a barista in a coffee shop that gets wicked busy, this is a great buy. Blends matcha amazingly, and itโs great for sauces and syrups too, really gets the sides of the cup. Itโs a very good size, nice and hefty. Iโve dropped it several times and itโs held up with no issue. I think this is the ultimate matcha whisk especially in a professional setting. I can really apply some force without worrying about breaking little piece of wood into a customers drink AND, last but not least, itโs super easy to clean compared to a โtraditionalโ matcha whisk.

The perfect addition to my espresso machine and coffee line up. The length is perfect for my hot 20oz cups. And itโs thick and sturdy and mixes my white chocolate powder perfectly!
