I use it between brushing post eating to help clean my teeth and help lessen the acid production from the foods I’ve eaten. It is not too strong a taste and the texture is perfect for me. I have also stopped using Fluoride products and instead use FYGG toothpaste with hydroxyapatite and the Slate flosser. Since my dental routine has totally changed I haven’t had a dental check up so I can’t comment on the change in dental health yet.

Flavor is pretty reasonable taste doesn't last long. Good if you just want to chew on gum and need so ething that's not aspartame
