Is board real soild wood, pressed wood, partical wood?

How long did it take you to get decent at rolling the pucks? My husband and I practiced for quite a while and we still stink!

I took a couple times of playing it to get the right touch. Now we can take out competitors pucks, play defense etc. it's a lot of fun once you get the right speed on sliding the pucks.
