Impressive results from such a tiny smoker — a must-have
I was really impressed by how well it worked. It turned my little Akorn Jr. into a legit smoker — helping regulate the heat and deliver that deep, smoky flavor I was hoping for. For such a compact setup, the results were surprisingly good. The stone distributes heat evenly and prevents flare-ups, which made a big difference in the quality of the final cook.
