Buy these to make mushy peas
I buy these to make mushy peas as marrowfat peas have too many added ingredients for my liking. They work really well. Good for dhals as well of course.

The flavour was good, and the price, but I can't get the peas to soften, despite overnight soaking and two hours cooking.

Ya voy con dos intentos. Esta vez remojo durante toda la noche y cocción de más de 5 horas. Aun así los guisantes siguen duros, no se ablanden para nada! Como amante de sopa de guisantes, una decepción total. Probaré otra marca.
