Have used this feed before and it works well. The only problem is if you use it as directed it runs out quick. The 1/2 cap measurement is 15ml, so the whole bottle can make 66 litres of feed if you follow the instructions which is about 9 average size watering cans. I have around 40 roses, so one bottle would only last one lot of feeds. I tend to use it more diluted, I add a couple of capfuls to a 7 litre watering can and it seems to work fine.

My late mum was the green fingers of the family. She could make the most dead of plants, flowers and miscellaneous foliage burst back into life faster than a zombie smelling fresh brains. But, unlike my much beloved and missed mum, my fingers are blacker than a coal miners at the end of his shift at midnight on a moonless night. I was given 8 cacti and told it was because, as I wanted some plants to look after, I couldn't kill them. 1 month later only 5 were left, shivering in the corner as I bewailed my turning into a plant serial killer. Sadly for me the tea roses I bought - 2 of them - were the most recent casualties. After imagining my poor mum face palming in heaven, I decided to really do my best to raise my first zombie flowers......Miracle-Gro Rose & Shrub Concentrated Liquid Plant Food really is turning into a life saver. I've cut back all the dead bits (of which there are many) and have found a few shy and (rightfully) frightened little green shoots and leaves appearing. Baby Bio is a good food too and my Aloe Vera plant & Poinsetta, but this rose specialised food is really doing the job for my sad little stalks that were once thriving tea roses (and hopefully will be again). So, hopefully, I'm on my way to my first zombified roses!

I have Fatsias which include 4 small Polycarpa-Green fingers (in containers) and 3 large Japonicas (in the ground). 1 small bay tree in a pot, a rambling rose and a couple of climbing roses (all roses planted in the ground). My Fatsias were going light green, slightly yellow. I tried seaweed supplements and some with iron which didn't seem to do anything, then I tried this and they just seem to love it....it's just a pitty you can't get it cheaper. It's half a capful for 1litre of water and it lasts 7-14 days. I haven't religiously applied it every two weeks due to the cost. For me one bottle lasts a month across two feeds.
