I don't have any objective measure but I feel like this eye balm has improved the color and texture of the skin under my eyes. Definitely moisturizing. Really have to use a very small amount - too much and it looks a little "greasy" for awhile after applying.

I love this eye balm! This eye balm, is very gentle, And very lubricating. This is not, a daytime eye balm. It looks like Vaseline petroleum jelly, on your eyes! But, it is, much lighter. It is very nice stuff!With that said, after using it, for many weeks, I have to say, it is too oily for an overnight eye cream, toLeave on your eyes. It gets in my eyes and absorbs into my sleep mask. I still love it; but, as an eyeMakeup. Remover. It is perfect for that. It leaves your eye area, soft and moist! The oilyness of theBalm and because it is not so good for an overnight cream, is the only reason I did not give it a five.
