Because it supports either (there is a switch on the side to toggle) and comes with additional OS specific key caps that can be added to customize the keyboard.

I love this keyboard but almost once in a day the bluetooth connection breaks. Is it normal? Should I return or is there a support available?

Not sure what you are connecting it to, but I have zero problems with my Bluetooth. If it is a computer, be sure you have the latest Bluetooth drivers. Check any other bluetooth connections. Do they all work reliably? You may have a bad keyboard, but I would rule everything else out first. What you are reporting is not normal.
