This is not a flybird adjustable bench
This is a chinese knock off that is cheap and poorly made. 100% not worth the price you can get a similar bench with half even less the price.

M10 Knob arrived broken. Can I get a replacement knob please?
The M10 Knob for my bench arrived damaged and broken in three pieces. I would like a replacement M10 Knob sent please.Otherwise I am really happy with how solid and sturdy the bench is and how easy it is to operate. Once the replacement knob arrives I’ll update my review rating to 5 stars.
