Early hardware breakdowns. Beware of warranty terms and packaging
Have used the laptop barely 6 months with hardware defects already. The camera won’t work, battery drains out fast and a warranty of 3 years offered during purchase returned only with 2.5 years after registering online! Someone had registered the laptop before my purchase! I had returned the machine today and still await a receipt from Amazon. Since a defective unit this early after purchase I wouldn’t want a repaired unit back rather prefer a replacement or refund.When I had received the package:-Substandard packaging and logistics! The laptop was delivered with a package hot to touch possibly stored or transported exposed to hot.QR code at bottom of unit does not get picked by a scanner.

Windows on this laptop is not working
The windows10 copy which installed on this lap is malfunctioning after 1 day of work and I take it to it specialist and he informed its required formate

They lied about the Monitor resolution-Warranty is not full.
- The monitor resolution is not 4K as they wrote in the description. It is FHD!- I bought the product in October 2021 but I found the warranty started in last January 2021! So I did not receive a completer warranty.
