The Real Mother Goose

This is a book which is a must for all children. Parents will also find it very interesting. It has been available for many years and provides great value for money.

A beautifully produced original nursery rhyme book, and a popular choice. however, I feel it suffers from not including more current translations, and some f the poetry scans badly. A better choice is the Frank Baber Mother Goose, which includes 300 rhymes, most of which will be already familiar.

ALL our old traditional favorite nusery rhymes - some surviving since our Medieval European times - A must have for the family. Lovely fun illustrations. Little children simply love these rhymes. Best read aloud.
