If you’re looking for a good quality math book for your child, this is it. All the topics are covered in a concise manner. It includes questions and answers for each topic. Really helpful.

Good books!

I bought the KS1 Maths Year 1 Targeted Study & Question Book to support my child’s learning at home, and it’s been excellent. The explanations are clear and easy to follow, and the practice questions are just the right level — challenging enough to make them think, but not frustrating. The layout is bright, engaging, and very child-friendly. My child enjoys working through a few pages each week, and I’ve noticed real improvement in confidence with numbers and basic maths skills. Like all CGP books, it’s great quality and follows the school curriculum closely. A brilliant resource for parents who want to give their child a little extra practice at home. Highly recommended!

Excellent resource to help with ks1 maths, easy to use and follow

Year 1 child went from saying they hated Maths, to voluntarily asking to do Maths from this book at home. Parents introduced the book in Term 2, showed the child a couple of pages, and from there the child was hooked. Child’s teacher also noticed that the child really enjoyed maths at school. Recommend to build confidence and interest in reluctant learners. Will be helpful to prevent the summer slide too!
